The Aero Spa is the best thing in the World we have tried so many chemicals it about broke us we were ready to get rid of our hot Tub then I came across the Aero Spa after about 2 years of fighting with every other Chemical and at first i was skeptical of the price I inquired about it and waited probably another 6 months and decided to try it I figured it was a money back gaurentee so what did we have to loose so I Placed my order and and it arrived, very easy to set up (Our hot tub is inside a sunroom and we leave a window open part way at all times in there) but it was the best thing ever we have had it for about 7 months and I love it no worries just make sure we change the filter once a week and if we have a lot of people in there we usually leave it turned on for about 24 hours straight. we use our hot tub once sometimes twice a day every day love it, love it thank you Aero Spa.

I was skeptical that this would work. If it does what it says it does why isn’t everyone using it? This just seemed too good to be true. After months of trying to get the right balance and keep clean clear water I decided to purchase. And I must say I am glad I did. Customer service top notch! I called with my questions and they called to check back with me. The water in my tub has never ever been this clear and no chemical smell. Easy to use. I got this to try because I have become allergic to chlorine. I could only get in my hot tub about once every 3 months. Now I’ve been in it 3 days in a row, and do not have any issues at all. Ten years of struggling with sanitizers of all kinds had me ready to call it quits. I’m not easily impressed with new gadgets, but the Aero-spa , to date, is living up to the hype. Simple installation, minimal maintenance, perfect water. I’ve not enjoyed my tub this much in ten years. Initial investment is a little pricey, but assuming the life span of this product is several years, if not longer, I can’t imagine using anything else. No down side whatsoever, and your customer support has been excellent.

My buddy told me about Aero Spa , he lives in Arizona , he is gone a month at a time, he bought Aero Spa , and used it for over two years , one day he took a sample to a water place and they tested his water , they asked him is this a joke ? Did you get this out of your water faucet ? You can drink this water , he told them no it’s out of my hot tub ! They said no way .
He told me about Aero Spa ,
Well I bought one , first I drained and cleaned and changed my filter , so not to cross contaiminate the new water , we have well water , and live in Wasilla Alaska , after filling the hot tub with fresh water and installing Areo Spa , and adding a little chlorine to the hot tub and running it for two days the water is clear as tap water. You have to add a little chlorine now and then , and keep the filter clean , when I say a little chlorine like a cap and a half , maybe , no PH up or PH down no screwing with all the harsh chemicals , it’s worth every penny , the staff at Aero Spa helped me , walked me through the first start up of the unit . They even gave me a call back a couple days latter , to see how the unit is doing ,and is everything working ok , they gave me pointers on start up , and how to keep it maintained they are there just about 24 /7 , when I called the help number it was on a Saterday , I left a message , a few minutes later I received a call back on his day off , walking me through it . The hot tub place I bought it from called me wanting to know if I needed any chemicals , I replied never again !!!!!

The part I hated so much in owning a hot tub is the constant testing of chemicals, water getting cloudy and when I go on vacation, forget it. Hated the feel of bromine or chlorine and the smell. It was the best find on the internet in a while. I thought, this could not work. Why is this not the standard. Ah, the chemical companies and distributors want you to keep buying. You are their prisoner if you want to use your hot tub. No more thanks to Aero-Spa. My water is clear and clean. Aside from the small addition of household chlorine that I have anyway for my laundry my tub is always clear and clean. Now what to do with the chemicals I still have stocked up on. Just the time I save not playing the balance game and not to mention the money I used to spend in chemicals is worth more than this unit. I say to all hot tub owners, Buy it and you will not regret your investment and start enjoying your clear and clean hot tub.

We’ve added the AeroSpa ozonator to our inflatable Canadian Spa and was it worth it! We haven’t used any chlorine or bromine and we set it to run in two half hour segments a day (for 270 gallons). No chemicals on our skin; no smell. I did add some pH buffer because we don’t expect to change the water for a long time.

The past few months has been my first experience of having a hot tub. Testing and mixing the chemicals while trying to keep the water clear was a real pain. My two options were to hire a company to come by weekly and pay a continuing fee, or try the ozone treatment. Being a contractor of water treatment plants for the past 35 years, I’ve had experience with commercial ozone units being installed in San Francisco Bay Area water treatment plants. This unit installed simply and has solved all my problems regarding the water treatment of the new hot tub. I PURCHASED A NEW HOT TUB. I NEVER OWNED ONE BEFORE SO I RESEARCHED ALL THE CHEMICALS AND THINGS I WOULD NEED. I HAD PURCHASED ABOUT $200 WORTH OF CHEMICALS. I STUMBLED ONTO AERO-SPA OZONE PUMP. I USED IT FROM DAY ONE ON MY SPA. THE WATER I USED WAS SOFT WATER WITH NO CHLORINE IN IT. THE OZONE PUMP HAS KEPT MY SPA CRYSTAL CLEAR. I HAVE NEVER ADDED CHEMICALS. I HAVE OWNED THIS FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW. DURING THE WINTER NEVER REALLY OPENED THE TOP FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS. WATER WAS CLEAR! I DID HAVE TO TURN MY OZONE PUMP DOWN TO 1.5 HOURS TWICE A DAY. THERE WAS A SLIGHT BROWN RING FROM THE GAS ABOVE THE WATER. CLEANED IT OFF THE 1.5 HOURS SEEMS TO WORK PERFECT. WATER CLEAR AND NO RING. MY HOT TUB IS A MEDIUM SIZE TUB. SO NICE NOT HAVING CHEMICALS IN THE WATER. JUST CLEAR SOFT WATER!

I bought a cottage that had a Hot Tub already. I have never owned one so knew next to nothing about maintenance. Went out and bought a bunch of chemicals recommended by the local spa store and soon ran into chemical $@!#%. I rent the cottage a majority of the time so the tub gets used extensively by many different people. By the time I bought the Aero-Spa, my water was green and smelly. I decided to give it the ultimate test by not starting with clean water but running the unit continuously. After 5 days my water was crystal clear. Amazing. I switched to the 2 hrs twice a day recommended schedule and the next week my bacteria test came back negative. The water is still clear and the bacteria is still negative 2 weeks later. We used lots of chemicals before which is very expensive and we found out that both of us were having skin reactions from all the chemicals. Switched to Aero Spa and the water is clean and smells good and so far we are not having the skin reactions like before. Definitely recommend this product. You have the upfront cost but in the long run it is well worth it.

We have had our ozone treatment in place for a month and it is fabulous!!! We just returned from a 9 day trip and the water was clean as could be. It is so nice not to have to shower off after use and slather on the lotion. We find ourselves using the hot tub more often, and enjoying it more because of the lack of chemicals, not coughing on the mist, etc. Installation was a piece of cake. We did order a cable protector” online for the tube to go through from the machine to the tub. We don’t have to worry about someone tripping on it or stepping on it causing damage. We followed the spa manufacturer’s instructions on maintaining the water to the letter. That process turned out to be labor intensive and marginally effective. Aero Spa has made the spa as close to maintenance free as I could imagine. It has saved us a great deal of time and money on chemicals.

Only time will tell if the purchase is 100% worth it (needs to last ~5yrs to cover chemical cost) but my early review of this product is great and would recommend it to anyone who has a hot tub.

I called and talked to a representative about something that would work in cold weather as well. I received it very fast, it was very easy to hook up and my water has been super clean. I’m a second time user. Had an Aero-Spa at my previous residence for three years, and left it with the home buyers after quickly showing them how to remove all fears about hot tub maintenance! Bought a new tub with our new residence, and just for kicks, tried out the new salt water chlorinating system for a year. It was ok. Required a bit of regular maintenance, but I didn’t care for the salty smell on my skin afterwards (smelled like I’d been at the beach all day). A year’s worth of cartridges for the salt system cost $300. So when it was time to change the water out and order a new pack of cartridges, it was a no-brainer to go back to an Aero-spa instead. No regrets, no maintenance, no showering after use to get the funky smell off! I use a cap full of Spa Shock every two or three weeks, or whenever I think about it, but my wife and I are the only people who use the tub, so I don’t worry much about that. I’ll share a tip: Our spa cover is attached at one end, so I used some loosely applied zip ties along the framework and center rib of the spa cover to suspend the Aero-Spa tubing out to the middle of the tub, where it then hangs into the deepest part. Now when we open the spa cover, the Aero-Spa tube and crystal come out automatically with the cover. Close the cover and the tube and crystal automatically fall right back where they belong. It just doesn’t get any easier!!

I was very skeptical when I purchased the Aero Spa unit for my hot tub. There was limited information about the product and I wondered why such a great idea would go mostly unnoticed.
I still do not understand, but want to reassure readers it works as promised. I have psoriasis and could no longer use my hot tub. Aero Spa solved the problem.
It is also very nice to get out of the tub and not smell like chemicals for the next 12 hours! We use the tub a lot, almost daily with 2 to 4 people. We have found the need to add bleach (about a quarter cup) about every 3 weeks. It is very little in a 450 gallon tub and there is no odor whatsoever.
We add the bleach anytime we notice the spa becoming slippery on the surface below the water. We have also increased the time the Aero Spa unit runs to approximately double the initially recommended amount.. On a couple of occasions I ran the Aero Spa for a few hours to give the spa an ozone shock”.
